Shipping - Delays possible due to COVID-19

All orders will be processed within 24 hours and shipped within 7 business days.
The tracking number will be sent to you via email after the parcel has been shipped.

Your order may be split into separate shipments to ensure a shorter transit time.

Please note that the customer is liable for any possible taxes and customs duties.
Normally there are will be no taxes and customs duties within the EU.

Returns

If you wish to return any items, you are free to do so.

Customers are liable for all the return shipping costs. We advise all customers to return products via a recordable or tracked means as we can not accept responsibility for items lost in return transit.

Returned products should be in their original packaging where possible, and in an unused, unwashed, resalable and undamaged condition. Package your item(s) securely in a box, bag or carton that protects the product, or wrap it well within its original bag. Be certain to tape and seal the carton or bag. Make sure you keep your shipping receipt which is proof of shipping. If you do not have this in the event of a missing parcel, we may not be able to refund or replace any of the items. After receiving your return we will examine it and can then process your refund.
